Thieves leave stolen SUV from Delhi in Rajasthan’s Bikaner with ‘sorry’ note

Thieves who stole a Scorpio SUV from Delhi abandoned it outside a Bikaner hotel, leaving an apology note. The vehicle was reported stolen by Vinay Kumar and found 450 kilometres from the theft location. Police suspect it may have been used in a crime.
