This festive season Gurgaon may see launch of India’s most expensive luxury condos

DLF is launching India’s most expensive highrise condominium, The Dahlias, on Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road. Spread over 17 acres, the project includes 29-floor towers with 400 super-luxury residences ranging from 9,500 to 16,000 sq. ft. Prices start at Rs 80,000 per sq. ft., with an average ticket price of Rs 100 crore.
