Told off by customer, delivery boy kills self

In Chennai, J Pavithran, a 19-year-old food delivery executive and Bcom student, took his own life after being scolded by a woman customer for late grocery delivery. He left a note expressing his dejection. Police are investigating the incident and any actions taken by the delivery company following the customer’s complaint.
