Torture signs on woman’s body found in W Delhi

A woman’s body, tied up in iron chains and showing signs of torture, was found outside a government school in Delhi. The body was identified as a woman in her early 30s, and the police launched a manhunt for a suspect seen in CCTV footage wearing a turban. It is suspected that the woman was killed elsewhere and brought to the spot. An autopsy will determine if she was sexually assaulted. The police are investigating possible motives of revenge, hatred, and human trafficking. The Delhi Commission for Women has also taken notice of the case.
