Triplex sold for Rs 172 crore in Mumbai’s Bandra

Apco Infratech Pvt Ltd purchased a luxurious 9,527 sq ft triplex for Rs 172 crore in an under-construction tower in Bandra’s Pali Hill. This transaction included a Rs 9.3 crore stamp duty. The deal marked one of the highest property sales in the area. The tower was built on the erstwhile property of the late actor Dilip Kumar.
