Two Nepalese nationals arrested in Lucknow for digital fraud linked to Chinese operative

They posed as Indian nationals and were involved in a scam network linked to a Chinese individual in Nepal. The fraud involved fake Aadhaar cards, bank accounts, and cryptocurrency transactions.
