United Airlines adopts new boarding strategy: Window seat passengers to get priority

By on October 18, 2023 0 16 Views

United Airlines is implementing a new boarding process called “WILMA” to improve efficiency. Starting on October 26, Group 4 passengers will board first, with window seat passengers going first, followed by those with middle and aisle seats. Families and passengers on the same reservation can board together. The new process will apply to domestic and some international flights. However, first-class and business-class passengers, as well as pre-boarding groups, will not be affected.
