UP man walks into bank with suicide note, leaves with Rs 40 lakh

A man entered a Shamli bank claiming he had a heavy debt and threatened to kill himself or the manager if not given Rs 40 lakh. The manager, fearing for his life, complied and handed over the money. Police are investigating, but formal complaints are yet to be received from the bank.
