UP stampede: ‘Organisers ignored injured devotees, hid evidence before cops arrived’

Attendees and residents who witnessed the tragic stampede at the ‘satsang’ organized by the self-proclaimed ‘godman’ Bhole Baba on Tuesday have made startling allegations. They assert that the event organizers disregarded the plight of the injured devotees in the immediate aftermath of the incident. Eyewitnesses TOI spoke to claimed that as the tragedy struck, “organisers of the satsang began clearing evidence”.
