Upasana Konidela: ‘I saved my eggs too and I am proud to say Ram Charan and I made a choice to have a child when we were in a comfortable space’

Upasana Kamineni Konidela, wife of Ram Charan, discussed the challenges faced by women in the corporate world. She emphasized the importance of egg freezing, maternity leave, and called for Corporate India to make amendments to support women. Upasana and Ram Charan got married in 2012 and welcomed their daughter, Klin Kaara Konidela, in 2023.
