UPSC aspirants death: Delhi HC issues notice to CBI on plea seeking change of investigation officer

The Delhi High Court instructed the CBI to respond to Dalvin Suresh’s application requesting a change of investigating officer in his son’s drowning case at RAU’s IAS Study Circle. The court declined to pause the investigation and set November 27 as the next hearing date.
