Uttarakhand teacher missing, govt school students conduct exams on own

The headmaster of Nelda Junior High School in Tehri Garhwal district was suspended for leaving students unsupervised during exams. Pawan Singh Negi went on unapproved leave, forcing a local representative to supervise the exams. An inquiry is ongoing, and a retest will be conducted.
