Vinayan moves Kerala High Court, alleges B Unnikrishnan is part of Mollywood ‘Power Group’

Malayalam film director Vinayan has petitioned the Kerala High Court against including B Unnikrishnan in an advisory panel set up by the Kerala government. The panel is meant to suggest reforms for the Malayalam film industry based on findings from the Justice K Hema Committee report. Vinayan argues that Unnikrishnan’s alleged unethical practices and influence could compromise the committee’s neutrality and hinder efforts to address issues like exploitation and discrimination against women.
