Several people sustained injuries on Wednesday when a temporary gate gave way at Dhanadhanya Auditorium in Kolkata. The incident occurred during an event graced by the presence of West Bengal’s chief minister, Mamata Banerjee. The Information and Cultural Affairs Department had organized the program to honor the memory of the legendary actor Uttam Kumar on the occasion of his 44th death anniversary.
