Who is Luta? Murky details about kingpin behind NEET-UG paper leak

The NEET-UG paper leak scandal has shocked India, revealing new details daily. Sanjeev Mukhiya, alias Luta, a technical assistant at Noorsarai Horticulture College in Nalanda, is suspected to be the mastermind. Investigators identified him and his son, Dr. Shiv Kumar alias Bittu, who is jailed for a separate paper leak. Mukhiya previously worked with education mafia Ranjit Don before forming his own network.
