Why NASA isn’t rushing to bring Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore home

Boeing’s Starliner returned to Earth uncrewed on September 7, 2024. Astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore will return in February via a SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft. They are currently safe on the International Space Station, which is well-equipped and stocked with essentials for their stay.
