Will take appropriate action under the law, says Chadha

Rajya Sabha member Raghav Chadha has reacted to the court decision regarding his eviction from his government accommodation. He stated that the trial court’s decision was based on an incorrect understanding of the law and that he will take appropriate legal action. Chadha alleged that the cancellation of his accommodation was arbitrary and without notice, and that it was an attempt to target and victimize him. He also claimed that many other MPs were allotted accommodations above their entitlement.
