Wipro makes working from office three days in a week compulsory

Wipro has joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Infosys in making it mandatory for employees to work from the office at least three days a week starting from November 15. The move aims to enhance teamwork, face-to-face interactions, and strengthen the company’s culture. Wipro has warned employees that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
