Woman ties rat with thread, feeds it to dog in UP’s Badaun

Budaun police have filed an FIR against an unidentified woman accused of tying a rat and hanging it before a street dog, resulting in the rat’s death. Animal rights activist Vikendra Sharma lodged the complaint with video proof. This is the second such incident involving rat cruelty reported in Budaun.
