‘Would have been patriots if … ‘: Bajrang Punia defends move to join Congress

Olympian Bajrang Punia defended his decision to join Congress ahead of the Haryana polls, stating he would have been called a patriot if he had joined BJP. He aims to raise farmers’ concerns and challenged Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini to contest from Julana. Vinesh Phogat also began her campaign after joining Congress.
