After ‘unilateral divorce’ with Sania Mirza, Shoaib Malik marries again

Former Pakistani cricket captain Shoaib Malik announced on Saturday his marriage to renowned actress Sana Javed in Karachi, following his divorce from Indian tennis star Sania Mirza. Shoaib, who shares a son with Sania, took to social media to introduce his new wife, accompanying their photo with the caption, “And We created you in pairs.” Their five-year-old son, Izaan, remains under Sania’s care. A close family source revealed that the separation between Shoaib and Sania was a ‘khula’, a form of divorce initiated by the wife in Islamic law.
