Kremlin has dismissed a Wall Street Journal report claiming Viktor Bout, released in a 2022 prisoner exchange, is selling arms to Yemen’s Houthi militants as fake. Bout also denied the allegations, calling the article timed. Despite joining Russia’s LDPR post-release, Bout has kept a low profile. His past infamy includes global arms trafficking before his 2008 arrest.
