Legislature cannot overrule a judgment: CJI Chandrachud

Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud stated that while a court’s judgment cannot be directly overruled, the legislature can pass new laws to address any deficiencies in the judgment. He emphasized that judges are guided by constitutional morality rather than public morality.
