People have ‘lost’ faith on IAS officers, hesitate to bring grievances: Special chief secretary RP Sisodia

Special chief secretary RP Sisodia observed that the public’s trust in IAS officers seems diminished as they hesitate to approach district collectors with grievances. During his visit to Madanapalle, he noted people insisted on addressing issues directly to him. Chief Minister Naidu urged district collectors to rebuild public trust in the system.
