Woman tonsured in Kangaroo court in Odisha’s Jharsuguda as husband complained thrashing by her

Four individuals were apprehended for holding a kangaroo court and tonsuring a 45-year-old woman in Jharsuguda district. The incident occurred after her husband reported being slapped by her. The woman underwent the punishment and was later allowed to reunite with her family. Her son, upset by the incident, lodged a police complaint upon returning home.
